Care
Stainless steel rings are very durable!
You can keep it on for most hiking, fishing, camping, and everyday work. Take it off for:
• Long soaks (baths, hot tubs, dishwashing)
• Chlorinated pools or saltwater if you’ll be in for more than a short dip
• Heavy chemicals, solvents, or strong cleaners
• Power tools, machinery, or anything that can catch or crush the ring
After saltwater, pool water, or a sweaty day, rinse the whole ring with fresh water and dry it immediately. Don’t let salt or chlorine sit on the inlay.
Put the ring on after sunscreen, bug spray, lotion, and perfume so those products don’t soak into the inlay.
Cleaning
Never soak a ring that has an inlay.
1. Dampen a soft cloth with warm water and a drop of mild dish soap.
2. Wipe the stainless steel and the inlay. Use a soft toothbrush only on the metal edges if needed — stay off the inlay itself.
3. Rinse the cloth and wipe again to remove soap.
4. Dry thoroughly with a clean soft cloth, paying extra attention to the seam where metal meets inlay.
