Warranty information

If you have a stone or setting come loose or an inlay falls out in the first 4 months of you owning the ring, I will repair or replace the ring for free one time as long as the sterling silver element is not bent or there is no evidence of negligence.

After 4 months, I will repair or replace your ring with a $20 fee as long as the sterling silver element is not bent or there is no sign that the ring was damaged due to negligence.

I do not cover theft or loss. If you choose to have your jewelry altered by adding a stone or bringing it to a jeweler, all warranty is void. I am not responsible for any stone that is set into a ring that is not supplied by me.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Does your ring not fit?  No problem!  All returns and exchanges must be arranged within 10 days after you receive your order.  Tags must be intact to be eligible for return or exchange and items must be in unworn condition.  I do exchanges complimentary, I just ask that you cover the shipping cost.

Wearability
 This item is waterproof and safe for wearing every day. Please be mindful when wearing your jewelry that although it is durable, it is not indestructible. Your jewelry should be removed when working with your hands or machinery as it could get damaged or destroyed.

Your jewelry is crafted from .925 sterling silver and is safe for everyday wear, but it is not indestructible 

 

To keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as the day it arrived please:

 

Remove jewelry before bed and before doing any activity where it could get damaged (Ex:cowgirl stuff or outdoor activities)

 

Wear your jewelry often-store in a ziplock bag when not wearing for extended periods of time to prevent tarnishing of the silver

 

Do not allow your jewelry to come into contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, hair dye or sulfur.  This can cause irreversible damage!  Some non-alcohol hand sanitizers can also cause rings to tarnish excessively.  I do not cover any damage from chemicals under my warranty

 

Tarnishing is inevitable with sterling silver jewelry.  Please expect your jewelry to need to be polished on occasion.  Please clean your ring with soap, water and a soft toothbrush every so often.  Excessive grime and build up on jewelry can cause stones to loosen over time. 

Care instructions for Tungsten or titanium rings

 

Your ring is waterproof and very durable, but the inlay can become damaged so some care should be taken.  Please remove your ring before doing any mechanical work-if they get caught in machinery they will likely break.  Tungsten shatters upon strong impact/pressure.  My warranty does not cover damage caused by machinery.  

Does your ring not fit?  No problem! We offer FREE exchanges and returns on like new, unworn jewelry for up to 30 days after purchase. Simply scan the QR code on the included exchanges sheet in your package to get your free shipping label, fill out the form on the reverse side and send it on its way back to me!  Once your exchange is processed, you will receive tracking information for your replacement via email.  We are a very small husband and wife team who work diligently to get all exchanges processed as quickly as possible-please allow up to a week after your exchange is delivered for us to process it and get it headed back to you.  All refunds will be made to original method of payment for returns and may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account.

Care for tungsten rings is straight forward and extremely simple-so it is the perfect material for any outdoorsy guy! My only suggestion is  don't hit it with a hammer or get it stuck in machinery.

This design is waterproof and VERY durable and scratch resistant, but the inlay can become damaged so you will need to be a little mindful while wearing it.  Please remove your ring before doing any mechanical work-if they get caught in machinery they will likely break (and you could get seriously injured!).  Tungsten shatters upon strong impact/pressure.
