What isn't covered under warranty?
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Accidents or impact (smashed, slammed in a door, caught in machinery or gloves, dropped tungsten that shatters)
• Chemical damage (bleach, Lysol, some hand sanitizers, lotions, chlorine, nail polish remover, etc.)
• Tarnish on sterling silver (that’s normal wear; a polishing cloth usually fixes it)
• Scratches, dings, or wear from everyday use
• Loss or theft
• Size changes from weight gain or loss
• Work done by another jeweler (including resize attempts that burn out the inlay)
• DIY repairs or added adhesives/chemicals (I can’t safely work on those pieces)
• Use that goes against the Jewelry Care instructions

I do not cover theft or loss.
Sterling silver is a metal that will tarnish with wear and needs to be cleaned. This is considered normal wear and tear. Sterling silver is a metal that reacts poorly to chemicals such as alcohol free hand sanitizer, some lotions and chlorine. If you do not remove your sterling silver jewelry prior to using harsh chemicals you may cause permanent damage to the metal. I do not cover damage that can occur due to your jewelry being exposed to harsh chemicals.

​Due to the inlay, rings cannot be resized. My warranty does not cover damage made by other jewelers if you attempt to have it resized and the inlay burns out. My warranty does not cover ring size changing due to weight gain or loss. The limited warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Alternative metal rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof.
Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or often exposed to harsh chemicals (bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer) or if they get caught in machinery.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, (I) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; (II) EACH RING IS PURCHASED “AS-IS”; AND (III) WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
In no case shall The Antlered Doe or its employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
