Remove jewelry before bed and before doing any activity where it could get damaged (example- cowgirl stuff or outdoor activities)
Wear your jewelry often-store in a ziplock bag when not wearing for extended periods of time to prevent tarnishing
Do not allow your jewelry to come into contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach or alcohol free hand sanitizers.
Tarnishing is inevitable with sterling silver jewelry. My jewelry is coated with rhodium to help slow and prevent tarnishing, but your jewelry will have to be polished on occasion. Some medications, cosmetics and lotions can cause your jewelry to tarnish more quickly and frequently. I suggest cleaning with a polishing cloth, sterling silver cleaner or cleaning with mild soap and water when needed.
